Join Chef Christine Cushing for an exclusive night of cooking, fun and food. In Act 1, she will take you on a culinary journey through Italy starting in Sicily with a twist on an eggplant and cocoa caponata, then Lazio with a zucchini and olive oil biscuit topped with Lake Superior smoked trout and finish in Piedmonte with a silky chocolate hazelnut budino with caramela and fleur de sel.
At intermission you’ll be treated to a tasting of the beautiful dishes that were demonstrated on stage.
Act 2 will be a one-of-a-kind kitchen improv where you will be involved in guiding Christine to select from a series of ingredient options from the protein to a variety of exotic spice blends with a 30 minute time limit. This, first of its kind, promises to a high energy fun filled cooking demonstration with audience interaction.
